I have a nursing background, qualified at St.Thomas’ Hospital, London in 1981 and continued nursing for the next seven years.

During that time became interested in complementary therapies. I later personally experienced the amazing effects of Reflexology ~ which compelled me to become a practitioner.

I Qualified with the Association of Reflexologists MAR in 2001. I have been practicing full time since then, gaining a wide range of experience through positive client feedback attending seminars and ongoing study.

Understanding the need for an instant, effective form of tension release, for busy people in the workplace, I qualified as an Acupressure Practitioner in 20004 with The Academy of On Site Massage.

 When I’m not working...

I love drawing, ceramics & sculpture, growing vegetables, cooking and eating good local food,  swimming & salsa dancing, walking on the beach or across the fields, meeting friends in quirky cafes, yoga, meditation, spiritual growth, living in Devon and escaping to foreign lands!
